USAID needed to make U=U (Undetectable = Untransmittable) resonate in communities, starting in the Eastern Cape. The insight: clarity saves lives. The challenge: translate a clinical concept into culturally rooted, easily understood storytelling.
We built a multi-language strategy centred on visual learning, cultural nuance, and message testing. From isiXhosa to Afrikaans, we delivered materials that demystified HIV treatment in human terms. Booklets, posters, clinician prompts and interactive formats turned passive messaging into active engagement.
